La villa est très confortable. Beaucoup d'espace. La piscine est bien agréable et propre. La présence d'un lave linge est un plus quand on séjourne 18 nuits. On a profité de la terrasse également. Hôte très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Peut être penser à rénover les joints de la douche. La situation de la villa nécessitait un moyen de transport.

Соседи хорошие. Вокруг сады. Тихий район.

Из 6 дней,которые забронировали, практически 2 дня просидели без электричества. Первый день и второй-это ремонт линии за пределами виллы,за которые собственник вроде бы и не отвечает,но фактически оставил нас с ребенком без воды и кондиционера. Последний день-провод оторвала гигантская ящерица,которая влезла на чердак дома поздно вечером. Букинг вернул нам 130 долларов за неудобства,на этом всё и было много переписок с собственником. Собственник вроде бы старался что-то делать,звонил в энергетическую компанию,но этого недостаточно,если тебе человек платит почти 1000 $ в неделю за виллу. Генератор,помощь с зарядкой телефонов,иная помощь не предлагалась. А также ОЧЕНЬ важно: объект находится не там,где он отмечен в букинге на карте при бронировании,он гораздо дальше основной улицы,удален около 1 -1,5 км от точки на карте букинга. Учитывайте эти риски при бронировании.
