The room size was great and facilities are excellent. The staff is also polite and kind.
They won't offer housekeeping services to people who stay for less than 7 days during a visit.

Over all the place is great I will be recommending to everyone I know everything was clean and very nice from the TV to the bed to the lobby to the property outside and the staff all went above to make my stay great
the people above me and next to me must have been rearranging there rooms all night because all night they were moving stuff and banging around other then that if I need a room again I will be back for sure

The location is great check in is so easy and smooth staff was great the rooms are very clean and spacious the walls are not paper thin that makes for a great stay I've extended my stay 3 times since I checked in and its been so easy to do I needed this room as emergency housing for my daughter and I so this has helped out having this place in town as a long stay hotel I'm most likely going to stay longer as well Thank you Wood Springs for being here for my family in this time of need
No Coffee in room No Pots and Pans in room No dishes,plates,cups, or silver wear in room However you can go to the front desk and ask for it all and you can get coffee in the lobby but it would be more convenient to have it in room

The rooms don’t look like in the pictures.
When I arrived the front door was being blocked by a huge truck that was unloading furniture and was it was difficult to access and to unload any luggage. The room had no tv in it. We had to go to the front desk and inquire about it. No phones to call the front desk. Pool was closed. Restraunt didn’t serve breakfast. Lady at the front desk couldn’t speak understandable English. Our bathroom sink was plugged. The hotel gives off the appearance like it’s an upscale hotel but it is nothing like what you would think after look at it in the pictures. Rooms are very small and the hallways are very narrow.
