WoodSpring Suites Santee - San Diego Northeast

The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. While I would stay here again, it would not be my first choice. I would recommend this property to someone who needed a shower and a bed.

The property is described as having suites; and yes there was a two burner cooktop, a kitchen sink, a microwave and a full size refrigerator. But there were no eating utensils or plates, etc. in the space and they were only available for an additional cost. This was not something I didn't like, it was a disappointment and inconvenient. But it was also a learning experience. For future trips I will ask what is available, what is not so I can better prepare for my stay.

The location was very quite even though the freeway was right there. The staff were all very friendly. The woman who checked me in was amazing seemed like she had military experience everything had a sir on it.

There were only utensils for purchase. I stay at a lot of hotels with kitchens and this was the first one I’ve stayed at where you had to purchase kitchen supplies. Also there is no way to shut off the motion detector for the bathroom lights. Middle of the night restroom trips do not require that level of light.

Rooms to small, bed is cheap , no kitchenware in rooms , you had to buy them.
