The room is absolutely so comfortable, the bed is so nice to sleep on, the room is super clean, the tv has great channels to watch, great options of western movies and shows like nature shows and some boring reality tv shows, the room is absolutely great to stay in with the service is awesome, and the food options for in room dining was absolutely amazing.
The room i picked could be quite small , and the breakfast options are quite limited, they usually have the same food every morning, it can get quite boring, the location can be a little hidden and hard to find sometimes

Location, room size and cleanliness very top notch. Staff at reception were friendly.
Leaking fridge, no basic plates or spoons in the kitchen in suite.
Left a wrist watch in the room and I am sure it was there on the sofa but the staff never agreed it was left back. I exactly know where it was.

The facilities in the room were very well appointed. The breakfast was very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Very modern and looked fresh and new.
The AC in the room repeatedly failed and despite complaining could not be fixed in the two days we stayed. The staff did offer to change our room, but we declined as it was inconvenient - an we managed as the weather was nice.
The Google TV only accepted Apps from our phone. Would have liked Cable connection as it's more convenient and friendly.
The layout was a bit odd - the seating area was a separate room after the bedroom.
