The staff were nice and tried their best to help! Bed comfortable and very clean room!
My room didn't have hot water and bathtub was leaking. They gave me another room. Breakfast was served to me from the kitchen. There was nothing on display for me to help myself. (No fruits, bread, jam, butter, juice, etc)In the land of best coffee in the world, I'd to make nescafe instant coffee with hot water myself! There were a large goup of youngesters playing loud music and singing. They stopped and left the premises before nightfall, thankfully. Not good enough for the price I paid!

Fabulous place. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing and a lovely big comfortable bed. The shower and bath were superb. The staff were great and nothing too much trouble. The gym is very well equipped. Maybe next time we will book a massage! Food was fantastic and a lovely breakfast. My little boy and i really enjoyed the swimming pool. 😁
Instant coffee at breakfast. Would be nicer to have filter coffee .

We were very satisfied with our one-night stay at the Lavish Suites. The staff was friendly and accomodated our wish for a late checkout, the facilities and rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast very good and the location felt very safe and quiet. They played loud music at the pool area, but it was perfectly quiet in our room, and the music was turned down at a reasonable hour at night. The laundry service was meticulous (although on the pricey end). The security personnel was especially friendly and helpful. We would come back when re-visiting Blantyre!
The room and especially the bathroom were very small. When staying for more than one or two nights, this could become uncomfortable.
