La decoracion, la limpieza, la atencion del personal fue excelente, sobre todo la de un chico ( perdon olvide su nombre ) pero MUY atento a todo, amable y servicial. En general fue el mejor hotel de nuestras vacaciones y estuvimos en 3 diferentes lugares.
Todo fue perfecto.

Extremely noisy location next to two main streets and on the edge of the hardcore nightlife, you would expect excellent windows for a rather new building, our first apartment had a window that didn’t close properly, thus after one night we asked to be moved to a different apartment. The only option was a lower floor closer to all the noise outside but at least the windows closed. We suggested that we could move out and get a refund but the administration insisted on a penalty of 40%. Thus we stayed in the new apartment. Even with ear plugs it was difficult and it was impossible to open the windows. The second apartment lacked a shower door (thus the bathroom was constantly wet), there is no ventilation in the bathroom so the the odors go into the apartment, the doorframe was not properly built in - you could look through holes into the apartment when sitting on the toilet. No hangers in the closet , no safe , no information provided about the property, we found out by coincidence that there was a pool on the roof top. What left us speechless was guest policy - in booking it said you need to pay 50 USD for a guest, we signed a document where it said 70 USD and when we wanted to invite a friend over for a drink they asked to pay 90 USD. I am an experienced traveller - 25+ years to 42 countries on all continents. A similar stay has not happened often. Very dissatisfied.
