I loved the apartment itself. The facilities were great, everything one would need. (Except a hair dryer - but that's no deal breaker). The bed is very comfortable and the air con was great. I was given very easy and clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. I really liked the location. It was great to explore a different part of the city I'd never seen before. Very close to amenities like shops, restaurants and metros. The shower had really good water pressure and was easy to work. I really like the fact that it was a keyless apartment, this made it easier to remember not to forget anything! Would definitely stay again.
My only criticism is that there was quite a bit of noise from the other apartments in the building. Someone thought it was absolutely necessary to bring the bin in (wheeling it right outside the apartment) at 4:30 am. While the upstairs neighbours thought 12:30am was a great time for a conversation through the hallway. This is obviously out of the hosts control.

Buena ubicación a solo un par de cuadras al metro o paradas de bus. Buenas instalaciones en cocina y baño. Cómodo con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, muy necesario en verano. Instrucciones fáciles para llegar y acceder de forma autónoma.
La primera noche nos despertamos un par de veces por un ruido extraño que al otro día nos dimos cuenta era alguna cañería del WC, porque al tirar la cadena después podíamos escuchar el mismo ruido. La segunda noche ya no lo escuchamos.
El lavamanos del baño tiene las conexiones de agua caliente y fría cambiadas, por lo que el primer día mi hijo casi se quema las manos al poner el agua en lo más frío (que generalmente en todas partes es hacia la derecha, incluso en la cocina de este mismo lugar es así). Acá en el lavamanos del baño el caliente estaba a la derecha. Importante corregirlo o dejarlo anunciado!
No me gustó tampoco los horarios de atención al cliente por whatsapp. Deberían ser un poco más extensos.
En departamentos como éste creo que el lugar debería proveer algun rollo de toalla de papel para la cocina.

Super schöne Wohnung. Tolle Gegend in der Nähe der U-Bahn & somit in 20 min in der Innenstadt. Super Nahe am Bernabeu.
Toiletten Artikel muss man selbst nachkaufen.
