The location, the link bridge and the apartment
The q for checking in and checking out for getting back the deposit was super long.
The fragant of the cabinet at 2nd room was too strong that hurts the nose. It would be good to have a hair dryer at 2nd room.

The interior of the double bedroom unit is gorgeous and really well equipped. The room comes fully stocked with cutlery, plates, cups, a water dispenser, a washing machine, and bathroom amenities. The beds are super comfy too.
The balcony is an absolute highlight. Amazing view, and my kids loved spending time out there with the table and chairs, playing with their toys and doing their artwork and crafts.
The windows are very well soundproofed, which was a big plus. If you know Genting Highlands, sports cars and bikes pass by late at night and the exhaust noise can get really loud. We had zero issues sleeping through it.
The apartment building itself has around 6 floors of playgyms, each with different designs and activities. My two kids had an absolute blast and stayed entertained throughout the whole trip.
The heated swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor, was fantastic. The kids' pool area was a really nice touch too. Just below the building is Antara Mall, which made meals super convenient since we didn't have to drive out at all during our stay.
There's also a bowling alley and other activities available for guests with booking and a fee required. Check with the lobby receptionist to download their app for more info. On top of that, there's a link bridge to Sky Avenue, though we skipped it this trip since we wanted a quiet and relaxing getaway, away from the massive crowds.
We will definitely be coming back to Antara!
The living room air conditioner kept getting stuck on timer mode and would shut off after about 10 minutes. Even using the room's remote with no timer set didn't fix it. Might need servicing. The master bathroom floor sink also seemed clogged as water would back up after running water from the basin for a few minutes. The water heater was a bit inconsistent too, randomly going between too hot and too cold.

Very spacious for a studio bedroom. Two good size TV in a studio? Im sold ! Went during offpeak so it is wonderful with less crowd
Dont think the walk to genting sky park is doable for elderly but nevertheless i think still a good location

All is clean and Good condition. So Happy with with the room,facilities and all.
The hot Water have to wait , and not consistent, always change back from hot to cool water
