The location and surroundings are fantastic, and the pool, children's playground, indoor games, and lobby truly embody what Resort World Awana is all about. I requested a room on a higher floor, and we were fortunate to stay on the 26th level. The breeze is absolutely breathtaking.
This is not our first visit to RWA, but we were unhappy during our recent trip. Our room smelled foul, and the bathroom was even worse. Although the room had a smart TV, it wasn't connected to the internet, despite our attempts to fix it. Additionally, the bedsheet had stains, and we had to request a change. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating in addressing our concerns. The next morning, we had breakfast at Jom Makan Makan; the food variety wasn't what we expected, and the plates smelled eggy, which really turned us off. The next day, we had breakfast outside.

Parking ok. Room is good but the housekeeping dint provide toiletries, room slipper & laundry bag. Breakfast is good but long q for Coffee Machine (only 1machine). swimming pool & kid area are very good & well maintained.

Book and paid wt view, however there's a rooftop view. Looks like a scam
