On arrival, we were given a very warm welcome by Tania (and the dogs!). The house and garden are breathtaking. The appartment is in a lovely spot, right next to the swimming pool. We had the (saltwater) swimming pool all to ourselves, which was absolutely brilliant. Tania and Luciano are fantastic hosts and really make sure you have everything you need. The daily breakfast was delicious, they gave us great tips on restaurants and places of interest in the area, and we were even treated to a lovely aperitif with local delicacies by the pool. It really was a wonderful place to spend a holiday. And you don’t often experience hospitality like that!

Abbiamo passato la nostra prima notte di nozze in questo splendido angolo di paradiso. Siamo stati accolti come in famiglia da Tania e Luciano, hosts di questa perla giavenese. La loro accoglienza, disponibilità, l’essere alla mano, la loro cura dei dettagli, hanno permesso al nostro soggiorno di rimanere impresso nel nostro cuore per sempre. Raramente ci siamo trovati bene così altrove. E cosa dire della casa. Le foto quasi non rendono giustizia alla magnificenza del giardino. Non riescono a esprimere la potenzialità del divermento (o relax, dipende dalle esigenze) che può dare la piscina. Non sono in grado di mostrare la cura nei dettagli di ogni arredamento, l’accurata scelta dei prodotti da bagno, la scelta degli asciugamani, accappatoi, etc. nella casa e nella zona piscina. Non vi resta che provare, e siamo sicuri sarete d’accordo con noi. Quel che è certo è che torneremo in futuro, anche solo per apprezzare la pace del giardino, incontrare nuovamente Tania e Luciano, o fare un tuffo in piscina come quando si è bambini. She greeted us personally, showed us around the apartment, and immediately made it feel like a home away from home. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and has a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. One of the first things we noticed was the mini fridge, fully stocked with complimentary bottles of water, soft drinks, and juice. Such a thoughtful gesture! During our stay, Tania even left extra drinks by our door, which perfectly reflects how attentive and caring she is. The private pool was another highlight. Having it all to ourselves felt like pure luxury. Every morning it was carefully cleaned, making it a wonderful place to relax throughout the day. And then there was the breakfast… Simply amazing. Every morning we woke up to a delicious breakfast with fresh products, including homemade cakes and muffins. It honestly felt like staying in a luxury boutique hotel, but with the warmth and personal touch that only a family-run B&B can offer. Tania truly goes above and beyond for her guests. When we needed to wash some clothes, she kindly offered to do our laundry for us and even ironed everything afterwards. It’s those little acts of kindness that made our stay so special. On our last evening, Tania invited us to enjoy a wonderful aperitivo with delicious homemade snacks together with her husband and daughter. It was such a lovely way to end our holiday, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know them. They are such warm, kind, and generous people. We stayed for six nights, and honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer. We have stayed in many hotels, apartments, and bed & breakfasts over the years, but this was without a doubt the best hospitality and service we have ever experienced. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it.

Everything was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast spread in the morning was also amazing. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms are elegant. Safe, secure and absolutely beautiful.
