Séjour bien désagréable et stressant !

Appartement confortable pour 2 personnes. à proximité du centre ville. Parking facile et payant de 10h à 18 heures en face de l'appartement. Les commerces sont assez éloignés...

A notre arrivée, plusieurs boites à clés, difficile de savoir celle qui nous concernait. Nous avons été frappés par la saleté de la cage d'escalier et les deux étages pour accéder à l'appartement sont très raides et difficiles. Il manquait un certain nombre de choses (sèche-cheveux, tapis de bain, lampes de chevet dans la chambre, grille pain...). La conciergerie Anna et Olga n'a pas répondu à notre demande. Le linge de lit (50 € environ facturé) est très inconfortable, draps lavés ? et non repassés. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement bruyant car il est situé sur une artère très passante de jour comme de nuit. Le gros problème que nous avons rencontré, c'est que dès le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous avons été dérangé par la sonnerie de l'interphone, plus d'une dizaine de fois le matin et le soir et encore deux fois en pleine nuit. Cela nous a énormément stressés. Nous avons immédiatement prévenu Anna et Olga qui n'ont pas répondu de façon claire et rapide. Évidemment impossible de couper la sonnerie de l'interphone ! Ayant passé la nuit sans dormir, nous avons décidé de quitter l'appartement avant la fin de notre séjour, là encore pas de geste commercial ni de réponse d'Anna et Olga. Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement.
