The price, close to Ayala mall, large mirrors, close to shopping and restaurants.
1. Shower drain is very clogged. Shower flip flops a must. 2. No water faucet in bathroom. 3. All cabinets are dirty. Silverware was dirty. 4. Water kettle has to be placed on floor to reach an outlet. 5. Be prepared to provide your own water bottles, toilet paper, paper towels, shower hand towels, sink sponge, shampoo, body wash, bathroom soap, pillow cases, and sheets. 6. The apartment does not smell fresh, the sheets are stained, pillows smell old with worn out pillow cases. 7. The bed is too long for the space. 8. Bring water to the bathroom to shave, brush teeth, and wash face. 9. Ignore the non-working clock located above the television. 10. The battery-operated room air freshener is empty and noisy. 11. Bring ear plugs due to the 24 hour traffic noise. 12. The bath towels are old and kitchen rug is old and dirty. 13.
