Condo had plenty of space for our family. I liked the easy access to the beach area and the pool area was also very nice to have for the kids when they needed a change. I feel like the property management team was very quick to respond back to any questions I had also.
We brought our own canopy and chairs for the beach so finding a spot on the beach next to the water was difficult with the condos chairs and umbrellas. But if you didn’t bring your own chairs and canopy there was plenty of spots close to the water for that.

The view out the window to the beach was heavenly. Air conditioner was great easy to understand and the back bedroom temperature was able to be a different temperature than the rest of the condo which was perfect for my elderly dad.
We could never get the TVs working in the bedrooms. We got the one working in the living room, but could never figure out the bedrooms. Well, I appreciate the fact that there are coffee pots available most of the time when we stay at a condominium there are just a few K pods or coffee available provided. And I just don’t remember reading that anywhere in the information that was sent. But the provisions for washing dishes, washing clothes was excellent. All the bathroom essentials were wonderful. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower was awesome as well.

The location of this place was amazing, the view was beautiful and the condo was very nice. Neighbors were quiet and respectful, one pool was heated and the other was cold so you had a choice and the hot tub was hot! The beach was steps away, chairs and umbrellas were available to rent and everything was clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer available.
There were a few things wrong in the condo. Tv's didn't work or would not connect to the internet which is a downside if you have kids, the spa tubs did not work. The door code is excessively long, not easy to remember. The parking lot has a gate that you need the code to get back in to. We were not given the code, thus being locked out of the parking area. The same code is needed to get out to the beach area, again we were not given the code. I actually got the code from a random person walking down the street...., the property management company was unreachable, phone numbers were incorrect. Wristbands are needed to get into the pool/beach area, we never received them. Email states you will be charged if not returned. I finally got a message the day we checked out that wristbands were not needed until may. It was stressful. I would stay again now that I know what all is needed ahead of time. As long as you receive all of the codes before you check in and wristbands you should be fine. I would have given a higher rating if I had not gotten so stressed over lack of information or availability of property management.

Had a beautiful view and it was very spacious.
Unfortunately, my experience with this condo was disappointing, especially considering the amount paid for only a three-night stay.
During my stay, I encountered numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues:
- The A/C did not work in the back half of the condo and only appeared to cool the front room near the entrance, which became even worse throughout my stay as I got more sun each day
- The thermostat in the kitchen had no power.
- There were visible mold spots on the shower curtain in the bathroom closest to the entrance.
- The drain plug in the middle bathroom tub would not seal properly.
- Both the middle bathroom toilet and the master bathroom toilet continuously ran and made a persistent squeaking/water-running noise. After listening to it for three days, it started to drive me mad.
- The lights on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not turn on.
- The jacuzzi jets in the master bathroom did not work and appeared to release sediment into the tub when you moved in the tub.
- The ceiling fan in the second bedroom had to be slowly increased from a low speed to reach higher speeds; otherwise, it would shut off.
- I had to swap batteries between different remotes in order to get them to work properly.
I also recall paying for a non-smoking room, but I was unaware of the rules prohibiting smoking or vaping not only in the breezeways and pool area, but also on the private balcony. I can understand restrictions in shared breezeways and around the pool, but prohibiting it on an open-air private balcony seems excessive and was not something I was aware of when booking.
Additionally, being asked to complete any cleaning tasks after paying a $170 cleaning fee was frustrating.
