La posizione ottima, ambiente confortevole la presenza di libri da poter leggere
visto il caldo afoso non avere il condizionatore in camera è stato terribile, siamo stati costretti a spostare il materasso nel soggiorno, necessita di alcuni accorgimenti di manutenzione, rubinetterie piene di calcare che danno un senso di sporco, una caffettiera rotta e inutilizzabile, il televisore troppo piccolo e difficile da utilizzare.

A nice apartment close to the railway station, in a quiet street. A nice cafe and pizzeria nearby. Within a walking distance from Venezia Nuovo, the shopping street and the sea.

Bel appartamento, non distante dalla stazione, con pochi accorgimenti può diventare ottimo. Ha una bella esposizione con ampio balcone e anche grandi spazi interni. Dati gli ampi spazi del soggiorno ci vorrebbe una TV di maggiori dimensioni, nel bagno qualche altro piano di appoggio e un rialzo, in camera da letto, per poter arrivare ad appendere gli abiti. Il riscaldamento credo che sia regolato da remoto.

Close to train station, can walk it in 15 minutes.
Street fairly quiet.
Host was non responsive to our messages while we were there.
There was no wifi access as host did not provide with password.
There was no remote for the air conditioning.
There was no little table and chairs on the balcony as per picture.
Walk to ferry terminal by foot difficult as on the holiday there was no taxi service and no bus to ferry.
