The property was clean and the check-in instructions were clear. However, there were some important details that were not clearly mentioned in the listing.
The washroom turned out to be shared with another guest, which was not specified in the room description at the time of booking. In addition, the description and photos mentioned kitchenware and showed kitchen facilities, which led me to understand that kitchen access would be available. After arrival, I was informed that the kitchen was not included.
I believe clearer communication in the listing would help future guests set the right expectations.
