The flat had everything required including air con, it all worked and was comfortable for a few days stay. The external space was down a few steps, not picturesque but useful. The flat is private but one where you could not recommend the view (the back of an old hospital). There is a supermarket a few minutes away (by the bus stop… see below).
This is not a dislike, just an observation: The location was as described however, it’s a half hour walk into the centre of Lisbon, though 5 minutes away you can get bus 760… useful when it is hot! I used a Navegante card to get around via public transport… I would thoroughly recommend.

Appartement très propre, assez grand pour 4. Décoré avec goût. Très au calme. La terrasse est vraiment super.
Pas loin du centre, compter 20-25 min a pied. Le retour est difficile, ça monte franchement. Le canapé lit est petit, pas adapté pour 2 adultes ou ados. Nous étions 4 et il n’y avait que 3 fourchettes, ca peut sembler être un détail mais ça gâche un peu…

Great location, very clean apartment. The mattress in the bedroom is comfortable, new (most likely had been changed since previous ratings.) Brand new appliances (stove, fridge, bathroom). The hosts were responsive. The kitchen had basic supplies (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, dishwasher liquid, etc), which is always nice. The AC in both rooms worked OK, although one had a bad smell for one day. But after that they were fine and quiet. Very quiet location.
It is a controversial apartment, a lot of the details are there, but many more are missing.
The sofa bed is absolutely uncomfortable to sleep 2 people, the apartment is advertised as suitable for 4, but it is not. Even one person could sleep badly on that sofa bed as it is so hard, when two people are sleeping on it, it is tipping over when one is getting up. And it is very narrow.
The wifi was weak (the router is in another apartment) and it was off for 24 hours, after that it got fixed. The kitchen utensils are missing, only 3 mugs, only 2 small bowls. These are easy fixes, so it would be worth to update. There are no hooks in the bathroom to put the towels or clothes on, which would also be easy to fix. The stairs leading up to the apartment are super scary, steep and narrow, for us it was OK, but it is not advertised on the website, so I imagine for some it might prove challenging.
