Close to downtown! Very comfortable living area.

It was quiet first off. The themed bedrooms was awesome, most people don't know that Guthrie has had several movies filmed there or parts filmed there. The first landrun and a bedroom to celebrate it as well. Chritmas tree was a nice touch, living room furniture was so comfortable could have slept there instead of the bedroom. Amazing loft room for any kids with a light on each step for safety. Just a really great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Close to everything and all the restaurants and uptown area.
