Beds and sofa sleepers comfortably sleep 14 adults; two queen air mattresses allow up to 18 guests total.

Designed for fun and family time, this approximately 2,200-square-foot duplex combines two adjoining units so your group has room to spread out. The living rooms connect through an interior locking door, while each unit also has an exterior entrance.

All five bedrooms are downstairs and include one king bed and four queen beds. Two queen sofa beds are available, and two queen air mattresses can accommodate up to 18 guests total. Comfortable mattresses, quality linens, and room-darkening shades support restful nights during Alaska’s long summer days.

• Two well-equipped kitchens with dining space, dishwashers, drip coffee makers, and cooking essentials

An extra-guest fee of $10 per guest, per night applies after the first 10 guests; an accurate guest count is required.

To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations out of the way first:

- This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted. Any evidence of smoking left behind will be subject to fees.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation.
- There are stairs inside and outside of both of these units.

You will have the entire living space across both units, including the two exterior entrances, connected interior living areas, two decks, backyard, hot tub, fire pit and seating area, two propane grills, and two oversized driveways with free on-premises parking.

The garage and shed are off limits to guests. Self check-in is available by keypad.

Exterior security cameras are in use at each entry door. The property is actively monitored remotely while unoccupied, and notifications are turned off during guest stays. Footage is reviewed only if an issue or concern arises.
