Alex was very nice and was able to help me in various situation. Most tours can be arrage at the hotel if needed, Alex was very accomodating and able to organize things.

The property is new and its location is very good to see the mountains and the valley from our rooms and most of all the staffs are outstanding and go out of their way to provide and guide you . My family and I are very pleased and recommend this hotel.

Beautiful accommodations - rooms have breathtaking views of the valley, each with its own comfortable balcony. Staff is friendly and accommodating and food at restaurant is excellent. There is a choice of eating on a pleasant outdoor patio or inside. Should I return to Lalibela, I would most definitely stay there again.
