Excellent location in Matera, less than a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was very good, and we really appreciated being allowed to park our car before check-in. There is also a large terrace. Private parking is available for an additional fee in a secure, gated area right below the apartment.
The kitchen equipment and utensils could perhaps use some updating, but since we mostly had dinner out in the city, this did not really affect our stay. 🙂

Es amplio y a pesar de no tener ni un sobre de champú el apartamento tiene bastantes comodidades. La cafetera es ideal. La ubicación no está lejos de lo principal pero de vuelta al apartamento te espera una buena cuesta.
El patio/jardín en realidad es un patio comunitario q los vecinos tienen dividido con poca o ninguna privacidad y te separa de los coches aparcados del vecindario cuatro macetas. Sin duda lo peor es que si quieres bajar o subir los grados de la climatización tienes que mandar un mensaje al propietario cada vez porque solo él lo puede hacer de forma remota. Pese a que enseguida lo pone a los grados que pides y en general fue muy amable se permite hacer comentarios sobre la temperatura que te apetece tener. No está nada mal el sitio pero yo por estos detalles no volvería. Zona tranquila pero pillamos la alarma de un coche y dentro se oye todo lo que pasa fuera (motos por la carretera,perros del vecino...)

Everything went great-the garage is a super advantage, location is walking distance to city center (10-15 min) and room was clean, we liked it a lot!
