la struttura molto carina, nuova e ben tenuta, in ingresso molto pulita. posizione tranquilla appena fuori Crotone. Proprietario molto cortese.
Purtroppo la nostra camera era situata in un seminterrato, non aveva la finestra ma una piccola bocca di lupo dalla quale non filtrava luce, non si poteva tenere aperta almeno per il ricambio dell'aria in quanto sopra c'era un motore, probabilmente dell'aria condizionata, che buttava dentro caldo e cattivo odore. l'ho fatto subito presente al proprietario il quale cii ha assicurato che era ben ventilata...NON è vero, (aria condizionata ben funzionante) avremmo gradito cambio stanza con una delle altre ben illuminate e arieggiate che in quel momento erano libere. L'altra camera aveva finestrini alti con basculante dai quali entrava luce e aria. Colazione con prodotti confezionati, magari sarebbe stato meglio specificarlo.

Lovely location, amenities were great, car parking on street was handy and air conditioning!
There are a couple of very cute cats a grey and a black and white one. Super friendly, cuddly and purring unconditionally, back and white one dribbled all over me which was funny. Would recommend!
We staying in the side rooms with high windows, but no blockout blinds which meant the light woke us. Other rooms appeared to have blockout shutters.

Disponibilità e cordialità rendono l'esperienza molto positiva, Mattia ha saputo accontentarci immediatamente di fronte ad un piccolo problemino che abbiamo incontrato, non di certo dovuto alla struttura ma alla nostra organizzazione. Super consigliato, pulito bello il contesto tutto nuovo e molto gradevole. Siamo stati per un breve soggiorno ma abbiamo assaporato davvero una bella situazione.
