Es handelt sich nicht um eine Villa, sondern ein Reihenmittelhaus. Sehr laut durch Nachbarn und dünne Wände.
Sehr schmutzig, Haare und Schmutz an den Wänden, vor allem im Bad und in Küche. Nicht abgewischte Tische und Stühle. In der Küche fehlen grundsätzliche Gegenstände zum Kochen und Essen. Wir mussten erstmal einige Dinge wie Schäler, eine nicht zerkratzte Pfanne, Untersetzer, mehr Besteck, Spültücher, Schneidemesser, Holz-Schneidebrett etc. kaufen um kochen und essen zu können.
Der Duschvorhang stinkt.
Kaputte Rolläden, die beim Anfassen herunterfallen etc.
In die Garage kommt man unmöglich mit einem Auto, das größer als Golf-Klasse ist. Die Einfahrt ist steil bergab mit einer 90 Grad Rechtskurve, man muss extrem aufpassen um nicht an die Wände zu kommen.
Ausfahren kann man praktisch nicht ohne durchdrehende Reifen und mit Millimeter-Arbeit.
Wir sind einmal rein und raus, und dann nicht mehr. Das Risiko ist zu hoch für das Auto.
Es gibt keine normalen Schlüssel für das Haus, sondern eine Webseite, über die man die Haustür öffnet. Extrem unfreundlich und unpraktisch.
Wenn man das Haus verlässt muss man sein Telefon immer dabei haben und das WLAN im Haus angeschaltet haben. Sonst kommt man nicht mehr ins Haus. Auch wenn der Strom mal weg sein sollte o.ä. kommt man nicht mehr hinein.
Insgesamt echt miese Abzocke.
Zum halben Preis wäre das alles vermutlich gerade noch akzeptabel, aber zu dem Preis unterirdisch.
