The photos actually don't do the hotel justice. The room felt more spacious in person and everything was nicely maintained. We were very comfortable and would definitely return.

Everything was better than expected. Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a very pleasant overall experience.

Loved this place! The room was exactly what we needed and everything was clean. Staff were super polite and helpful whenever we had a question.

The place is on Connaught Place outer circle which makes the location ideal. Rajiv Chowk metro station is walking distance and there are numerous eating options around. You can get a taxi easily from here and to here and the location is easy to explain due to it being directly opposite the Fire Station. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

The place needs major refurbishing by the owners. It has such potential and is being wasted. It is severely understaffed and because of it cleanliness is an issue. The carpet on the floor that I was on was dirty and musty. The sofa in my room was stained and appeared not to have been vacuumed for weeks if not months. It was emanating a bad odor. And so was the room. I used my own deo spray to make it livable. After a while the staff came and liberally sprayed a room freshner but the effect wore off after a couple of hours and I was back in a smelly room. Since there are no windows, using fresh and clean mops and dusters, and frequent vacuuming should be mandatory. But I don't think there is enough staff for that. The washroom curtain needed cleaning or should be changed. It was also smelling. The coffee satchels were old and the coffee powder in them was a soggy lump. The place has great potential and can be a really nice boutique hotel if the owners take interest and invest in cleanliness and beautification. But in it's current situation, I will not prefer going there again.
