Estancia tranquila en Roma

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento. Estaba limpio y bien acondicionado, con todos los útiles necesarios en una casa. Bien comunicado a través de transporte urbano con los núcleos más turísticos.

Para realizar el check in fue necesario llamar al número de teléfono de contacto porque no nos mandaron instrucciones.

CHE VENGA SOSTITUITO L’HOST!!

Quartiere Monteverde molto tranquillo ma lontano dal centro, consigliato per chi ama spostarsi a piedi come noi.

Beh qui ho svariati appunti da lasciare all’Host e spero chieda scusa a se stesso e poi a noi: arrivati nell’appartamento abbiamo avuto la sorpresa che non era stato pulito dal soggiorno precedente, avvisato il gestore che ha comunicato con me solo per messaggi e non si è degnato di fare una chiamata (gesto più educato e professionale facendo io il solito mestiere del signore e so di cosa parlo!!), mi ha detto che avrebbe mandato qualcuno e noi saremmo usciti di casa (tengo presente che era sera e noi volevamo stare in casa a rilassarci essendo appena arrivati) apposta per far pulire lo schifo che c’era (si purtroppo c’era anche l’esterno del bidet sporco di qualcosa di scuro che non ho voluto approfondire) e rientrati dopo quasi 4 ore pensando che avrebbero pulito ottimamente, ci rendiamo conto che era stato solo lavato in terra perché ancora bagnato e cambiate lenzuola del letto…. Vetro doccia ancora sporco, vetro lavabo sporco, bidet esterno con la solita “cosa” marrone sempre in bella vista, la tavoletta del water alzata dal mio compagno e sotto sporca, due asciugamani sporchi e carta igienica ancora nel water che avevamo visto già noi appena entrati…..e per concludere il cotton fioc sporco di cerume che avvisai il gestore fosse posizionato su una mensola in camera, era ancora lì perfettamente ignorato da chi era venuto a “pulire”! Tutto ciò che scrivo l’ho dimostrato all’Host con foto che tutt’ora ho e salvato per comunicare a Booking quanto avvenuto, se no ovviamente passerei per chi inventa recensioni false e non sarebbe corretto facendo appunto il solito lavoro! Ho provato gentilmente a chiedere un rimborso almeno della tassa di soggiorno pagata anticipatamente (90€!!!!
