Good location, nice walkable neighborhood, quiet, nice rooftop deck. Bed was comfortable. Having the kitchen with coffee and tea was convenient. Separate entry with keypad on door worked perfectly.
Outside of house a bit dumpy, inside the apartment a bit musty. Our towels never dried. Heat never worked and we were cold, although the proprietor responded to texts and tried to help. Shower had low pressure and sometimes had no hot water. I felt like it was a bit expensive for what we got.

location was great, we could walk easily to downtown.
air conditioner didn't work properly but the nights were cool enough to open the windows so we were comfortable.

The location was perfect for my purposes. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood just on the edge of downtown. Nice to have some space to relax and stretch and move around. Added, unexpected bonuses were the multilevel outdoor seating options with small but welcome views of the Grove Park Inn and surrounding mountains. It felt like being up in a tree house.
