Alles war Top, Essen sehr gut, Wellenbereich sehr schön und neu, Komplettes Hotel sehr sauber! Zimmer sehr sehr schön mit guten Ausblick.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Personal ist wirklich unglaublich nett und aufmerksam. Zimmer, Spa und Poolbereich sehr sauber und das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant ist zwar teuer aber dafür wirklich unglaublich lecker.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und dass man kostenlos was von der Frühstückskarte bestellen kann ist sehr gut.
Die Funktion kurz vor Abreise alle Kosten (parken, Restaurant Rechnungen die man auf's Zimmer geschrieben hat) online zu bezahlen macht den Checkout schnell und unkompliziert.
Es wäre nett, wenn zur Mittagszeit irgendwo Kleinigkeiten zu essen hingestellt werden, anstatt das es nur die teuren Sachen aus dem Restaurant gibt.
Zum Frühstück würde noch frisches Obst passen.
Das Zimmer kann schon sehr klein werden, weil das Waschbecken mitten im Raum steht, also muss man schon gut mit dem Platz Haushalten.
Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice, was es aber auch für die Art Urlaub die man dort macht nicht unbedingt braucht.
Wenn nur eine Mitarbeiterin für Rezeption und Restaurant zuständig ist kommt es zu längeren Wartezeiten, besonders dann wenn ein Hotelgast viele Fragen stellt und die einzige Mitarbeiterin bindet.

Wat een geweldig fijn hotel! Alles perfect voor elkaar, nieuw, modern, schoon, erg mooi. Kamer was super, vooral een erg fijn bed! Al in veel hotels geweest en meestal is het bed gewoon slecht, maar hier niet. Ruim balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Lekker terras waar je relaxed kon zitten met uitzicht op de bergen. Ontzettend aardig en vriendelijke personeel! Heerlijk en goed verzorgd ontbijt en ook het eten ‘s avonds in het restaurant was hartstikke goed. Goeie ruime parkeergarage onder het hotel, ook top voor elkaar. Echt, alles was super! Alleen maar lof!

The best feature of this hotel are the walking distance to Planai lift and the fact that it's new. Other than that, it's an average, to less than average hotel, with services of lower than average quality and higher then average price considering it's location and overall services. Some features of this hotel are fine, but I can only recommend visiting this place under 2 conditions: 1. You speak German, 2. You have lower expectations than in comparable hotels in Schladming, or Austria in general.
First of all, let's talk about the language barrier. Half of the staff don't speak any English, the rest refuses to do so unless you literally remind them multiple times during your 1-week stay that you DON'T understand a single word of what they say. Yes, I've experienced French-style pride before, but not in Austria. Regarding cleanliness, 2 room cleanings in 5 days with literally no options for the guest to dry their skiing clothes... Well... Less than expected... The rooms are new, however they lack certain features expected from even lower starred hotels. "Private bathroom" in your room is a myth - you won't find neither the bath (not expected), but nor the ROOM. You have a sink in the middle of the room, which has close to no storage space, and then the shower, which has clear glass door (absolutely no privacy - not suitable for families). The "no privacy" idea continues with the balcony, from which you can see into other nearby rooms (and at the same time the inside of your room is visible from theirs). In a 4* hotel you'd expect a close to total blackout curtain, which is sort of there, except for the top window, which is on one hand stylish, but on the other hand has no curtain at all, so there's literally no way to block daylight in your room. The air conditioning/heating in the room has a few settings, which are as follows: Useless, useless and loud, useless and unbearably loud... It's essentially volume control, without any other effect. The pool and resting area is nicely built, but the pool should be at least 5 degrees warmer if you expect to enjoy it in winter... Lastly the restaurant: Breakfasts are fine unless you order their super burnt omelette... Done it once, extremely regretted it... The rest is quite fine, less choice than expected, but still sufficient...
