It's nice place for a short stay in Cholpon Ata. The beds are comfortable, room is clean. The toilet is a bit small, but it's fully equiped with all necessary stuff. There was a tasty porridge served for a breakfast.
The only problem is that the adress on booking doesn't correspond the real adress, which is one block away. It's better to confirm it with the owner in an advance.

- common area kitchen for everyone
- on the quite outskirts of town, easy to reach via marshrutka no. 303 or taxi (yandex app)
- luggage storage after checking out available
- all good, just don‘t get confused with not so pleasent outside area, there is construction going on at the road nearby, inside everything is fine

Отзывчивый и вежливый персонал, чистота номера. Особенно позабавило постельное белье))
Расположение от центра и озера, хотя от дома ходят маршрутки. Завтраки скудные, но сытные.

Приятный администратор, встретил, утром приготовил кашку как дома, угостил своим вареньем. Завтрак не самый разнообразный, но от души.
Подъезд к дому на машине был очень затруднён, всё перекопано, со всех сторон ремонты дорог, о чем никто не предупредил, в ночи было крайне тяжело найти и запарковаться.
Адрес фактический не совпадает с картой букинга, спрашивайте точку gps в переписке с отелем!
Это не пляжный вариант, но это отличный вариант для ночёвки путешествующих на машине вокруг озера.
