Muy mala experiencia, no cumple lo que promete

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La propiedad no cumplió con prácticamente nada de lo que se anunciaba o se nos prometió. La alberca estaba sucia, lo cual hizo imposible disfrutarla. Además, prometían un jacuzzi, pero al llegar estaba completamente vacío y fuera de uso. La limpieza general de la casa fue fatal: se notaba descuido en varias áreas y definitivamente no estaba en condiciones adecuadas para recibir huéspedes. Otro punto muy negativo es que no hubo nadie disponible para brindar atención o resolver problemas durante la estancia. Esto es especialmente grave porque la casa está en medio de la nada, así que cualquier inconveniente se vuelve mucho más complicado. En general, la propiedad no corresponde con lo que ofrecen. No la recomendaría, especialmente si esperan comodidad, limpieza, atención o que las amenidades anunciadas realmente estén disponibles.
