Absolutely amazing views, great location, really well appointed kitchen, extremely comfy beds, great tennis court, everything you need for a large group staying down south.
We stayed in the middle of winter and the house was cold. Two air conditioners we couldn’t get working - one we didn’t worry about as it didn’t bother us that much, the other was fixed within a day thanks to super responsive housekeeping team. Pot bellies do not seal properly which means the very precious timber burbs quickly. Would really be worth investing in fixing up the pot bellies by making them well sealed and well insulated. A few extra blankets given the cold would have been well appreciated though we also didn’t ask and I’m sure if we had they would have been supplied.
House is not new, and so has a few quirks including noisy floor boards - just an fyi for communal living.
Simply adding in the above to help prospective bookers manage expectations. This place is awesome and none of these things negatively impacted our stay.
Would definitely rebook - we had a fantastic time!
