The caravan is easy to locate and occupies an excellent position within the site. As expected of a new caravan, it is presented in immaculate condition, and particular recognition should be given to the housekeeping team, whose pre-arrival preparation was completed to an exceptionally high standard.
The bedding is a welcome departure from the standard plain white linens commonly found elsewhere, contributing to a more inviting and distinctive atmosphere.
Furthermore, the caravan is comprehensively equipped, providing everything required for comfortable accommodation, even during extended stays.
If there was one area that could be improved, it would be the booking-in process. The booking confirmation email advised that check-in instructions would be provided on the day; however, these were not received as indicated, and I had to actively follow up to obtain them.
This proved somewhat challenging given the volume of visitors at Clacton Beach, with mobile data connectivity heavily impacted by the large crowds attending the airshow. As a result, I had to make several lengthy walks away from the event area in order to check for communications.
Aside from this minor issue, the experience was excellent throughout, and I encountered no other concerns whatsoever.

Not much
Basic caravan. Need passes for everything even to go in club house. Cost me £180 just for the night to watch crap entertainment. Probably cheaper to book direct with park.
