La atención de la señorita que nos recibió y fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. La ubicación y el loft para dormir perfecto. Muy cerca del templo Expiatorio y nos movimos en Uber.

El espacio es adecuado y tiene una muy buena ubicación. Están muy pendientes de las necesidades del huésped.
1. No hay aire acondicionado y dejan un ventilador que poco o nada aporta en una época de temperaturas tan altas
2. Afirman que entre los servicios hay una cafetera, no la dejan en el LOFT
3. Esperan que uno pague adicional por el aseo y por ello no dejan ni un elemento de aseo; pero si, en las condiciones, señalan que el huésped debe dejar aseado
4. Las almohadas son fatales.
5. Cuando se abren las llaves del agua el olor que proviene de las tuberias es horrible

Location, service staff, amenities, cleanliness, staff were friendly and helpful, it's very close to all the attractions, great restaurants and a pharmacy (just in case) great for walking
Leaky shower door, small fan that sometimes wasn't enough to beat the heat
