Location is perfect for a concert at the O2, we made friends with everyone in the other rooms and everything was clean and nice.
I don’t remember having read about the bathroom being in common, but we got used to it. Other than that, everything perfect

Nice little room with a shared bathroom. Close to the station and shops. Pretty much as described.
Unfortunately we were staying amidst the heat wave in London at the time which made the sleeping quite difficult as we were sweating bullets. Kudos to the host for having a fan in the room and the open window helped so we had an ok time. I believe the UK in general is not well equipped to deal with 35 C heat so have all of this in mind if you are travelling during the summer.

Location
Not clean and sofa bed so uncomfortable. Sink and toilet in our en suite had not been cleaned and bathroom mat was all stained.
