Beautiful hotel, huge and comfortable beds, very clean rooms, kind staff, the rooftop with the pool was amazing (and cleaned everyday). One of our favorite stays over our past month in Colombia
Overall, everything was amazing. I would recommend choosing a room far from the kitchen or on the second floor as the staff makes some noise in the morning (from 6:45/7am)

Nothing that I didn’t like, maybe the smallest pool upstairs was not as clean as the one downstairs.

La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a cualquier parte.
Si bien fueron muy agradables, la estancia no fue para nada lo placentera que esperaba, y más teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel.
La piscina interior, aunque es bonita, da muchísima humedad a las habitaciones y hace mucho ruido todo el día (por la noche la apagan y se escucha menos, pero se sigue escuchando), al menos en las habitaciones de abajo. Además de la humedad en la habitación (para lo que tienen humidificadores que funcionan muy bien), hay que poner el aire acondicionado para que no se concentre, lo que provoca un choque brutal de temperatura en la calle/hall del hotel y la habitación, y no huele bien. En cuanto al tamaño de la habitación, la estándar es extremadamente pequeña. Hay un armario y una cama de matrimonio, no cabe nada más, y tiene una ventana pero como da al hall del hotel y está medio tapada por la TV y el armario, no se puede abrir, con lo que es como si no hubiera, así que hay oscuridad todo el día. El baño estaba bastante bien, ducha con bastante presión, agua caliente y limpio, pero no hay secador.
El desayuno, aunque tiene opción de salado o dulce, es bastante escaso, y tienes que desayunar en la misma mesa que el resto de huéspedes y, si todos quieren desayunar a la vez, no hay sitio para todos.
Sobre la piscina de la azotea, es muy agradable si tienes la oportunidad de estar solo, porque es pequeña. Las toallas las dejan arriba y si tienes suerte encuentras alguna sin usar, pero no las reponen, hay alrededor de 6-8 para un hotel de 9 habitaciones...
En definitiva, aunque es más barato que otros hoteles en Cartagena, sigue teniendo un precio demasiado elevado para lo que ofrece.
