Great location right in the heart of Getsemani, though a bit of noise leaked in from the main street and the nearby bar.
The hotel boasts great facilities and an excellent location in the heart of Getsemani, but the check-out experience was very disappointing. The receptionist, O. Ramirez, was rude and unnecessarily intimidating, insisting on seeing my passport again before letting me leave—despite having completed all registration details at check-in. I was there to relax on vacation, not to deal with hostile service. Management really needs to invest in customer service and soft skills training for their staff.
