Su ubicación, amabilidad del personal, desayuno, la habitación. No falta detalle, merece la pena quedarse en este hotel en Cartagena

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y modernas. El staff nos atendió de maravilla. Todo el hotel se mantenía impecable. El desayuno fue fantástico. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la ciudad vieja, de farmacias, restaurantes.
La habitación nuestra quedaba en el cuarto piso. El hotel no cuenta con elevador. Se hace difícil el ingreso a la habitación y mucho más con el calor de Cartagena. En el roof top, había zonas cómodas para descansar pero había un ventilador excesivamente ruidoso (falta de mantenimiento, desbalanceado - generando altas vibraciones) que hacía bastante molesto el ambiente. Además, no había ningún servicio ni autoservicio ni de agua. Si uno necesitaba algo servicio debía pedir a la recepción. Nosotros no lo hacíamos porque honestamente nos daba pena pedir algo y que algún empleado tuviera que subir 4 pisos para atendernos. Eso lo pueden solucionar con algún dispensador o nevera auto servicio.

The location of this hotel is very central, yet the rooms are quiet. Considerable effort has clearly gone into the design, and the hotel looks lovely. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great. Our room was also very spacious, and the AC worked perfectly.
For the prices this hotel charges, I would expect considerably better service. We had previously stayed at a significantly cheaper hotel in Medellín where the service was excellent and there was much greater attention to detail. This was clearly lacking at Faranda.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing, and the service was virtually nonexistent. Every morning, we had to ask for tables to be cleaned and actively seek help to order eggs or get coffee. Someone who appeared to be the manager was present but seemed unbothered by the uncleaned tables, broken coffee machine, and lack of attention to guests.
Our room's refrigerator also made an annoying buzzing sound throughout our stay. Overall, the attention to detail and service did not feel appropriate for the price.
