This hotel was perfect, it has a rare combination of feeling really luxurious and beautifully designed, while still being warm, welcoming, and completely unpretentious.
Every member of staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made us feel at home throughout the stay.
The cocktails at the bar were some of the best we had during our trip. The communal spaces are absolutely beautiful too; peaceful, full of character, and the perfect place to unwind with a drink and/or a book.
Our room was lovely, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The location is fantastic as well: right in the heart of the Old Town, so everything is within easy walking distance, but tucked away just enough that it stays wonderfully quiet at night.
If you're looking for somewhere with boutique charm, exceptional service, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
There were a few influencer type people taking pictures that slightly impacted the relaxing nature of some of the communal spaces but not enough for me not to recommend staying here

The hotel is beautiful, very stylish, clean. I booked this hotel because it was a special occasion, I took my mother to Cartagena for a short vacation. The staff were definitely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great. The waiter was wonderful. Also the pools and the roof top are gorgeous.
The first night of our stay we had a room that looks very beautiful however at night how a horrible smell like humidity. In the morning I told the front seat to give us a new room. The room was nice, however, the hotel was in the dark not one light left, the following morning I told the front desk and they put the lights on for our last night there. Unfortunately in our last night at the hotel someone started singing at 2:30 am. I called the front desk and they told me no one else was at the hotel. I think our experience at the hotel could have been different if they didn't give us that first room. I told the front desk they need to fix that problem or not to give that room to anyone.

This is perhaps my favorite hotel on the planet. Perfect location. Unbelievably warm and attentive staff. We got to know many of them, and all of that felt very special. The hotel is magical and beautiful. I loved the breakfast and the rooftop dinner was repeated. It's a crazy good value. Checks all of the boxes : personal, historic location, lovely staff, healthy and gorgeous food, romantic rooftop. I was ready to move in.
I hated that we had to leave.
