I was really pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this hotel. The Booking.com reviews were a little on the lower side than the Google reviews, so I wasn't sure what it was going to be like, but it was great! Our room was huge and really comfortable. The shower! Oh, the shower was AMAZING! The water pressure was insane. We were only there a very short amount of time so didn't get to use the facilities much but the rooftop looked lovely and the cocktail we had at the bar up there on the first night was delicious. The breakfast was fairly basic/ not amazing, but it did the job! The location was great and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were good.
I can't think of much - I think my main complaint was probably just the cost. But Cartagena is expensive and we were there in the peak time, so I guess that was probably not too unusual.

location is excelent, beds really confortable, nice pool and restaurants. The satff was really kind and very attentive. We really enjoyed our time there and will be back.

Every person we interacted with was friendly and willing to help. Nelly and the front desk team did a lovely setup for my husbands 40th birthday and with other room drops for our friends who came along. The food and beverage manager at breakfast was very accommodating and offered us complimentary coffe when we sat waiting for our friends ! Loved every min of my stay. My housekeeper didn’t speak any English but was always so warm when dropping off our petit fors. Loved her
There was a leak under my sink.. but it seems it was fixed even without me reporting it. I had to constantly ask for wash cloths but got the exfoliating scrubs.

The suite was very large with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. Great location.
It was a “smart” room which I absolutely hate. I couldn’t work out how to change the air conditioning temperature and eventually gave up. Decor very sterile and not really in keeping with style of the local area. Hotel interior looks tired and shabby around the edges. The rooftop pool was tiny and looked a little dirty. We booked at short notice and this was the only hotel left on booking.com. I suspect that this is not one of the better hotels in the Old City. I wouldn’t come here again. Very expensive for Columbia.
