Lovely location in a beautifully renovated historic building at the centre of Old Cartagena. We had a room with romeo and juliet balcony and enjoyed the view of the city and people. The room was very quiet in spite of being in a noisy area. The room was very clean and staff was extraordinary in attention and service (in the room and facilities). Breakfast was delicious and staff attentive.
Value for money. The room was quite small for the price. The decor was ok.. dark rooms. The hotel had very limited facilities and the restaurant only served breakfast. The bed was not the most comfortable. We stayed at another hotel in Cartagena at the end of our trip that was superior and less expensive. Only instant coffee in the room.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with so much right outside the door. Historic building from the 1600s wonderfully restored.
Nothing to complain about. We had an excellent stay.

Nice location for activities throughout the day. Great location in the walled part of town. Late evenings and nights were not so good because it is way too loud to sleep unless you get a room not facing the streets. Extremely loud music is coming from several bars until 4:00am in the morning. So, unless you are deaf or have very efficient earplugs sealing your ears for the night you will have a hard time getting some sleep before 4:00am.
Staff was very helpful but we had to pay an additional charge to get a quieter room.
Breakfast was outstanding.
