Very well located within the walled city, very clean, rooms were fabulous (we had a junior suite which was very spacious ) Welcome drink on arrival (your choice from the bar) was nice.
The staff were disinterested, bored and sometimes rude. The receptionist was constantly on her phone at the front desk and made you feel that you were interrupting her day if you had a question. Waiting staff didn’t smile. Disappointing as the hotel itself is fabulous.
