The location is excellent, within the walled city and close to the historical sites. The overall equipment of the room was good. A nice rooftop area with a small pool and seating area offers great views. There’s a tour desk on the lobby with great and secure options to take a trip to the surrounding areas.
Outside of the hotel there are many homeless but that’s a city problem. Regarding the room, everything from other rooms can be heard, from voices, noises and even when they shower. The room stairs are also noisy and somewhat loose.

Ingen utsikt, man ser direkt in i en stor vägg eller företagslokal. Duschen sa de att man skulle spola ett par minuter för att det skulle bli varmt vatten. Duschen blev aldrig varm. Onödigt dyrt för vad man får.

La contaminación sonora de la ubicación, el departamento tendria que estar un poco mas insonorizado. De cualquier manera en mi caso priorice la ubicación y estuvo todo brutal.

Sin duda la ubicación y el precio, se encuentra dentro de la ciudad amurallada, por lo que puedes fácilmente moverte dentro de ésta. Las habitaciones son amplias, incluso más de lo que se ve en las fotos, relativamente nuevas y limpias. Nos ofrecieron sin costo una cuna 0ara nuestra bebé. El espacio de la cocina es muy útil si pasas varios días y quieres ahorrar cocinando por tu cuenta. El sistema de ventilación del lugar es muy bueno, aunque no teníamos ventanas en la habitación siempre al llegar estaba fresco, incluso podiamos dormir sin aire acondicionado.
En la recepción no son especialmente amables, aunque indican tener como servicio la piscina, realmente no se trata de una, es un espejo de agua en una terraza que incluso cuando llegamos a conocerla estaba llena de toallas y tendido de ropa del hotel, luego no se disfruta y aunque se advierte en las fotos, jamás pensé echar de menos tener una ventana en la habitación, al no tener entrada del sol nos sentíamos siempre de noche al interior de la habitación!

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The location is very good.
It is more a hostel than a hotel. We had no hot water whatsoever for the 3 nights we stayed. They told us there was an issue and that they could not fix it. We could hear in our room people showering like they were in our room. All the amenities in the room are old and it did not provide a confortable experience. There was nowhere to hang anything, nothing on the walls.

Great Location. To visit the popular Cartagena sites, Historic City and access to the boats it can’t be beat. Perfect Location. The shower is awesome. Plenty of water and as hot as you like as long as you want. The drain was very slow though so had to stop the shower after 5-8 minutes to let the drain catch up.
Very uncomfortable bed. The bed was actually a double box spring base with a 2 inch foam on it. No mattress. So because of this the sheets would not stay in place. No power next to bed. The “living room also has no power outlets. I ended up running an extension cord from behind the fridge to the coffee table. The living room futon was very uncomfortable and small.

Location! Location is right there on the fringes of the old city. Close enough to walk to anything in El Centro and close enough to hail a taxi or take the bus on the main road without the taxi having to navigate the narrow streets.
Well, the building is old, as expected in this place. So there's a certain musky smell. I had to wash all my clothes when I returned home.
But I'd still stay again at this place for its location.

O lugar conta com uma recepção 24/7 e que receberam nossas bagagens e levaram para o quarto. Quando chegamos de tarde, estava tudo pronto. O quarto é o que mostra a foto. O pé direito é bem alto e dá uma boa sensação de amplitude. Os valores dos itens do frigobar são justos. O conceito do lugar é um misto de hotel com apartamento, então caso queira trocas diárias de toalhas e limpezas igualmente diárias, precisa pagar. No mais é um lugar muito bonito, bem localizado, possui elevador, um terraço que fica bem ventilado à noite. Vale o custo benefício.
Ao menos o quarto que ficamos, não possuía janelas, o que é um pouco desconfortável para algumas pessoas (não é o meu caso). Apesar de ter fogão e acessórios para preparo básico de alimentos, o quarto é todo fechado e não possui exaustores (e nem janelas) então optamos por não arriscar nenhum preparo que pudesse prender o cheiro de comida no ambiente.

The location was ok, close to everything but was in front of the building was not good, lot of garbage and homeless people
The room didn’t have outdoor window, it only have a very small window on top f the wall that didn’t give us any natural light, bad smell, very small room for our group, just 1 bathroom.

Il est possible pour les clients d utiliser la piscine de l hôtel sœur, Soy Local à Getsemani, avec un roof top très agréable, ce qui n est pas systématiquement mentionné. Avec ses doubles grands lits en mezzanine, les chambres sont idéales pour des familles, mais moins pour des voyageurs individuels

Esta bien ubicado y nada mas.
Las habitaciones olían mal, no tenia ventanas, poca ventilación. Estuvimos 4 días y nadie vino a limpiar la habitación, no recogieron la basura ni cambiaron las toallas. A mi madre le pico una araña mientras dormía, se notaba que había falta de higiene, no estaba limpio. Carísimo para el servicio que ofrece.

Ar condicionado super gelado, ótimo para aguentar os dias quentes de Cartagena. Localização excelente para passeios a pé no centro e também próximo ao Porto para passeios de barco e idas andando a Getsemani. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Camas confortáveis e é legal ter uma mini cozinha no quarto. Internet rápida e quarto silencioso mesmo sendo no centro.
Poderiam oferecer opções de café da manhã. Porta do quarto emperrada, dava trabalho para fechar. Chuveiro entupindo fácil, molhando bastante o banheiro.

The hotel room was very nice. It was like a modern apartment very nicely decorate with a kitchen . The shower was huge
I didn't like the bed was very hard and pillows flat. It was very uncomfortable to sleep there. The shower was nice but would not drain property while taking a shower. No coffee in the room . The tiny front desk had a thermus with coffee on a ledge, but I thought it was for the employees since they were helping themselves. No one offered me any. The staff did recommend me good coffee shops and places to eat once i asked them . I thought I would like the historic district, but it's too crowded with people trying to get you to buy things. I didn't feel safe in the streets walking around. I left to another hotel near the beach in the center away from the historic area. That beach area near the center was much better. Looked more like a beach town. At the hotel. I felt like there was no service since no one really talked to me that much. They were too busy talking to themselves.

Richard at the front desk was very helpful and nice! The studio was perfect for our family to enjoy one noght in the center of Cartagena, amazing restaurants, bars and shops at walking distance.
The studio looks like new, everything was very clean, with all the tools you need in the kitchen for basic cooking, AC worked perfectly.

Nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement. Annonce trompeuse :
- Pédiluve vendu comme une piscine sur l’annonce (très grosse déception)
- Une chambre très humide avec une très mauvaise odeur (que nous portons encore sur nos affaires)
- chambre très glauque sans fenêtre
- Une forte odeur d’humidité dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel
Pour résumé un hôtel très cher pour les prestations proposées, qui se veut être un établissement premium, extrêmement décevant. Bref un trou dans votre budget á éviter !

Needs fresh paint in the room, many stains in the walls.
The roof top doesn’t have a pool, is just a concrete tub up to your ankles lol. But views are nice.

Spacious appt., in Historico centre. Great historical building, very nice rebuild on the inside; luxurious atmosphere and decorated. Good beds, small kitchen and nice bathroom.
No breakfast possible, but plenty opportunities ‘around the corner’.
Small ‘pool’ is just for sit, relax and cooling your feet.

The location is excellent
The lift was out of service, the stove is too old and too slow to cook, the stairs are old and too noisy.. but spite all these, the place was great.
