The staff and service was fantastic and very accommodating. Initially stayed in the luxe room which was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. A lot of complimentary amenities. The food was great, we had both breakfast and lunch. Very convenient location for exploring the old town and getting to Getsemani / the port for excursions.
The luxe room didn’t have a completely closed off bathroom which meant there was no privacy. Only one pair of robe / slippers in the room. During our stay there was a storm and we had a leaks in our room and throughout the hotel. The gym was large but very sparse with equipment. The two times we wanted to go the rooftop there was an event and it was totally closed off. There should be an area for guests. Not a negative for everyone but to note that the breakfast is order only, not buffet.

location
our room was on the second floor. it was very loud. The sound (voices, appliances) travels up the staircase, particularly early in the morning as the staff is preparing for breakfast.
