Perfect location at the heart of the old city, but the place felt private and was quiet. The rooms are beautiful, especially the suite in front of the living room.
The service was great; Roberto was very attentive and respectful.

The staff team, headed by Roberto and Betty were fantastic - friendly, kind and attentive. The hotel is a haven in this city with a pleasant pool and a great terrace to relax and watch the sunset. The design is attractive and eclectic with many lovely touches. Communication beforehand with Marisol was very efficient.

Personnel is very friendly and helpful .
Be aware that if you want a company Invoice you need to present your Physical company TAX ID they will not accept your number only . Terrible experience with the Accounting Department . Will not return for sure .
