Location is fantastic - 1 block from beach, walk to cafes etc.
Really well equipped- things you wouldn't expect in a holiday house (eg air fryer). Internal washer and dryer. Abundance of beach towels and bath towels.
Everything is supplied (shampoo/conditioner/body wash, face towels, menstrural products, blow dry brush, clothing washing tablets, beach bag, beach toys, beach wagon, beach hat, etc etc) which was fantastic. Really comfortable stay,
Even kids books, booster seat, cot and games. Lovely touch.
Was not a problem for us but only AC unit was in living room (none in bedrooms).
To put the travel cot in the second bedroom we had to move a single bed as it is a very small room but this was OK for us, we just moved it back after.
The garage is manual open, a bit annoying, but if this is problem just park in visitor parking or on the street like we did.
There was really nothing to complain about, beautiful place to stay

Location is perfect! Beds and couch were super comfy
One aircon for the place made the rooms a little warm at night but tolerable with the doors open
