If you are looking for a wild experience look no further.
This place is so good and so secluded from the main areas,being able to sit on the balcony during the night,listen to the sound of the jungle and watch the fireflies is just pure magic.
Food is also delicious.

This was my third time here and I keep coming back because it’s the absolute best escape from the pollution and noise of Colombo. It is only a 2 hour drive but feels like a different world. It’s properly isolated in the jungle so you can actually disconnect and relax.
The staff is so genuine and they always make you feel right at home. Also the food is incredible, it's properly authentic Sri Lankan. I honestly have to be careful not to overeat every single time because it is that good! My favorite spot is the natural pool as it’s perfect for cooling off while being surrounded by all that greenery.
The rooms are simple but great with really comfy mattresses, hot water and private balconies. What makes it magical is the soundscape, falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle and waking up to fresh air you can actually breathe. A huge plus is that you can even do yoga after dusk because there are basically no mosquitoes around (very rare in SL). I’ll definitely be back for a fourth visit soon.
The only downside is that I always wish I could stay longer. Also if I stayed any longer I would probably get fat from all the amazing food, haha.
