over priced, low quality accommodations

The renovation to the kitchen and bathroom, and fresh paint.

The bed was horrible! It was an old spring mattress with very little padding. I think it was a small full size bed. The bedspread looked like it was from the 1970s. The only furniture in the living room was a bed with bolster pillow and one 3' square table, plus a TV. The furnishings did not fit the price! The entry way and stairs felt like a slum building. We did not feel safe walking to the old town a couple blocks away at night, although the street was quiet after dark. The one full time resident was an older man who worked in the tourism industry and was nice, and the other guest staying there seemed nice.

A well located place that suited our needs for our stay in the area.

A car park was very useful. Clean modern place, as advertised. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good. Cooking facilities were great.

Maybe another surface to put things on or a place for suitcases. We had to put everything on the floor or the quite small coffee table. Not a complaint just an observation. The entry foyer was a bit foreboding, dated and in need of an update, but we were relieved upon entering the property it was as advertised and lived up to expectations.

O apartamento é muito acolhedor, bem decorado, muito confortável e limpo. Senti-me em casa durante a minha estadia. Em termos de localização fica a uns 5 minutos a pé do centro da cidade, por isso, é perfeito.
