Geräumig, sehr sauber, alles was man braucht vorhanden, schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Bad, toller Balkon.

Very impressed! Lovely clean 1st floor room, bed was super nice, 3 keys and 3 separate locked doors to get in the property (downstairs, almost private reception and actual room) so very safe. Bathroom super clean and nicely tiled, everything worked perfectly. Patio doors have an electric shutter, balcony was good with 2 chairs and small table, if you look over the balcony to the right you even get a small sea view at the end of the road. Very central location and top base to explore, close to the train station, SITA bus and harbour to easily visit Amalfi, Positano, Pompei, Mt Vesuvius and Capri. Then head back to Sorrento and dine out in one of the many local restaurants in the centre of town or overlooking the sea. Visited June 2026.
A little confusion over city taxes that could have been explained better but was easily resolved with a link.

Location. Communication on booking.com was good. Given free luggage storage.
Offering transfer service to the port (1.2km) and charging €50 felt like an unnecessary money grab for a 6 min drive - when they knew we had min options. We did end up paying €30 for the taxi to pick us up from 300m away and that included going back to their office to collect our luggage. 2 x of us staying and only given 1 x worn stained bath towel which after several hours and 2 x messages later was changed and the floor was dirty so our feet were constantly getting blackened. Empty hand soap dispenser in bathroom. Left waiting several times due to staff Not being timely - including a 20 min delay upon arrival for access to entrance.
