Nicely furnished and with everything you need. The location was perfect for us and I love being right next to the park.
With the beautiful weather, it was a shame that there wasn’t a table on the lovely deck outside.

It was in a lovely area with the Clapham Common almost at the doorstep. Short walk to the underground. The flat was perfect for our needs.
The stairwell could have been cleaner. Needed a sweep and a freshener but flat was fine. Having the terrace was nice as it was so hot.

Location and spacious and 2 beds and 2 bathrooms Nice quality build and managing agents very responsive.
Great sized property being built to high standard so appliances good but minimal very cheap furnishing throughout. An example In a heat wave only one fan in a 2 bed property. it only lists one but when asked for another so at least 1 per bedroom was told we could get one for up to £25/30 ( hard ask ) and they would reimburse us that’s not easy when coming to London by train. They could easily have had one delivered or cleaning staff deliver one as had plenty of notice. The fan that was there was very flimsy again an example of going as cheap as possible. Large terrace but only 2 outside chairs so couldn’t sit out ( should at least be 6 ) . Well built flat but cheap furnishings and bedding shame as could be a five star property.
