Location was really strategic as I was visiting my daughter at UTS. Distance is just 6 minutes away.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The lobby is clean and I love the decorations. Very impressive entrance
Room is comfortable with sufficient space. Bed is comfortable.
Ample parking space right in front of the hotel.
1. The lift ride was a bit scarry with the loud sound. Slow moving but still ok. We took the stairs, by the way. Much faster.
2. The pillow was a bit high for my neck. Slightly uncomfortable. However, this is subjective. I prefer my pillow a little bit on the softer part.
