Fantastic space that was comfortable and value for money. Would recommend for anyone needing short stays for conferences

The location was convenient & easily accessible, the space was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very responsive to queries and issues highlighted.

Visiting in Minneapolis

Good location. 10 mins walk to the city center and light train stop (=St Paul).. Spacious apartment with all needed facilities. Fast WiFi. Good communication with the host.

5 / 10

It was affordable.

Nice space, free coffee, laundry in unit.

No assigned parking spot. Parking was the main reason I would never stay here again; building tenants also seemed disrespectful of property.

7 / 10

Because of the non-responsiveness after calling CozySuites SEVERAL times, I will not stay here

The room was spacious and had enough seating.

There were several issues with the room. The main issue was that the key fob was not provided in the room as described in the booking. This fob allows for access to the front door, the gym and the pool. I was at the property from 8/2 - 8/9. I called Cozy Suites as soon as I arrived on 8/2 and let them know the fob was not in the room. It was not delivered until 8/8 - so I missed out on amenities at the property. The room did not have any wash cloths and the hand towels were not very clean. I called about this also with the fob on the first day. It was never addressed. I was only able to get towels on 8/8 because the cleaning crew was on the floor and I asked for some. A slat at the foot of the bed was broken, I called on 8/4 about this issue, it was never fixed. Because of the non-responsiveness after calling CozySuites SEVERAL times, I will not stay at this property again.
