Great location and very spacious, comfortable apartment.

Great location right on the beach, nice and spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms, nice and clean, great large kitchen with plenty of cutlery and appliances all you could need. Easy to get in and out with the code lock on the door.

A lot of the bedside lamps did not work. Bathrooms need work, door wouldn't slide on ensuite. Door to balcony has no lock and does not slide without significant force.

Terrible room, great hotel and location.

The staff was nice. Great location.

The room was dirty and filled with black mold. The walls in the bathroom were full of holes and bowed out and swollen from absorbing moisture. Neither bathroom fan worked. There was mold ALL over the ceilings, walls and bedding. The toilet paper holders were broken. Every time you showered everything in the bathroom got soaked. This is a minor thing but all the pillows were extremely flat. Every piece of bedding was covered in mold. The ac unit could not keep up, it stayed a balmy 78° in our room despite keeping everything closed. Lots of missing and mismatched paint. All the vents were packed with about 1/2in of dust. The filter was terribly dirty. The dishes in the cabinets were still dirty. The rest of the hotel, while under construction was nice. The pool was decent. There was a light floating in the pool with the wires still attached to the side so we avoided it just in case. We reported it to the front office but they didn’t seem concerned and it was not repaired in the 8 days we were there. We also found a large screw in the bottom of the pool. The view from the balcony was nice and the exterior of the hotel looks great with the renovations. The lobby and common areas were nice and clean. Location is the best thing going for this place. The location is perfect. You can walk to Walmart or get Walmart delivery, close to everything. If you Uber somewhere it’s not awful as you’re close to most everything. Overall the hotel was great, the room was not. Perhaps a different condo within the same hotel would be better.
